So what is this section about:
Simply put, this section is about lowering your carb intake, I am not for saying cut out carbs completely. After all, I love things like bread and potatoes as much as anyone else.
You will notice, however, that by lowering the number of carbs in your diet you can feel much more energetic.
As a result, you won’t get that drained tired feeling after your meals.
Most of all, I am not saying that you should remove all the carbs from your diet. Just be aware, of the amount you eat and how you feel in yourself after eating them.
